Summer is the time to get out and enjoy the warm weather! At almost 2 million acres, there’s plenty to explore in Ontario’s Greenbelt.

June 30 to July 3: Strawberry Festival in Whitchurch-Stouffville - Eat sweet locally grown strawberries while taking part in activities that the whole family can enjoy!
July 1: Caledon Canada Day Strawberry Festival in Caledon - Celebrate Canada Day by eating locally grown strawberries!
July 1: Canada Day Strawberry Social in Burlington - Sample delicious local strawberries and explore Burlington’s heritage.
July 2: Strawberry Festival Train in Stouffville - Take in picturesque views of the Oak Ridges Moraine, and view the Strawberry Festival from a Train.
July 9: 3rd Annual Durham Craft Beer Festival in Oshawa - Taste and learn more about Ontario Craft Beer in the heart of Oshawa!
July 16: Farm Crawl in Hamilton - Learn about farming in the height of summer, with stops at Jerry’s Berries, Waterhall Farm, Alpacas on Eights and Mud, and Ridge Road Winery among many others.
August 6 to 7: Niagara Craft Beer Festival in St. Catharines - Featuring 100+ of Ontario’s best small batch craft beers and ciders, incredible culinary creations by Niagara’s top food trucks and restaurants, the festival will overlook the Martindale Pond.
August 13: 26th Annual Peach Festival in Niagara-on-the-Lake - Listen to live music while enjoying tasty “Peachy” delights from local bakeries, restaurants, and farmers.
August 13: Brock’s Big Bite in Beaverton - Take a stroll in beautiful Beaverton, while enjoying succulent locally-raised beef on freshly baked buns, tasty farm-fresh salads and a variety of mouth-watering fruit pies.

August 18: Harvest Moon Festival in Markham - Come out and enjoy a summer-time celebration of the local harvest with samples of Ontario craft beer, wine, cider and local food.
August 19 to 20: Carrot Fest in Bradford - Here you will find a street market, with over 300 vendors, CarrotFast 5km Charity Run, live music, artisans and much more!
August 19 to 20: Hamilton Beer Festival in Hamilton - Delicious craft beer, many food vendors, and music, all on Hamilton’s waterfront!
August 20: Clarington Craft Beer Fest in Bowmanville - Clarington’s first annual beer festival, hosted by Manantler Craft Brewing Co.! A great way to enjoy beers from the best Indie Breweries in Durham!
August 27: Bacon, Beer & Cider Festival in Bowmanville - A celebration of all things bacon! Enjoy tasty salty treats paired with Ontario craft beers & ciders.
August 27: Toronto Craft Cider Festival in Toronto - Kick back and relax in Muskoka chairs, while enjoying cider at Yonge and Dundas Square.

September 17: Georgetown Craft Beer Festival in Georgetown - Sample beer and cider from 30 Ontario Craft Brewers, gourmet food, live music and fun games!
September 17: Georgina Pioneer Village Harvest Festival in Georgina - Celebrate the arrival of autumn with vintage farm equipment, food, crafts, artisans & vendors, historical demonstrations, live music and FREE hot apple cider!
September 17 to 18: St. George Applefest in Paris - Eat local apples and pies while taking part in activities that are fun for the whole family.
September 18: Carrot Fest at Everdale in Hillsburgh - Live music, U-pick carrots, farm tours, harvest games, a farm lunch, home alive tours, farm crafts….need we say more?
September 18: Second Annual Feast of Hops in Erin - Fine food and craft beer festival that includes gourmet food tastings form six Erin restaurants and six Ontario craft brewers.
Year Round: Apple Pie Trail in Blue Mountains - Love apples? This trail’s for you!
