Trinity Bellwoods Farmers' Market

Distance: km
The Trinity Bellwoods Farmers' Market mandate is to support and promote local, sustainable and organically grown agriculture. To educate the community in the food they eat, the source from which it comes and how it is grown and/or prepared. To increase community access to fresh, local, organic and sustainably grown produce, meats and dairy. We support slow food gathering regional foods to cook and eat at hearth and home. The market was an initiative of the Friends of Trinity Bellwoods Park and is largely run by community volunteers. It is a seasonal farmers' market proper and runs during the Ontario growing season, approximately early May (catch the seedlings) to end of October. Open Tuesdays 3 to 7 pm, May 7 to October 29, 2019.
