This 'family grown' farming business opened its first market stall at the Peterborough local farmer's market in 1940, and was owned and operated at the time by Robert Kent. During the past 68 years Kent Farms has grown and prospered to become a 3rd generation family owned business. Now managed by James Malcolm Kent (Grandson) and Robert James Kent (Son), Kent Farms operates throughout the Orono, Newcastle and Bowmanville area of Durham Region.
