As a Local Food Plus Certified Cow/Calf Operation, we concentrate our efforts on raising hormone free, pasture/hay raised beef. Particular emphasis is given to growing high-quality hay, which we store in both regular round bales and wrapped, high-protein bales and ensuring our animals have 24/7 exposure to quality pasture as the seasons permit. Our herd is comprised of limousine, charlois and angus cows which are bred to a pure-bred angus bull. We supply mixed quarters, sides and whole freezer orders. The services of a local abbatoir are used so our beasts are trailered for only 30 minutes from field to butcher. We pay for the cutting and wrapping of the orders.Please call for price per pound.
