It is very easy to forget exactly how the meat that you serve to your family gets to you. When we understand all that goes into producing that cut of meat, we gain a greater respect for the animal, the land, and yes, the farmer! Our first goal is to produce humane and sustainable meats and connect Niagara to its food. Our animals are fed according to their innate needs. Our lamb is 100% grass-fed, our pigs forage in the forest and on pasture and are supplemented with produce, grains, and fresh whey.
