LOVE Garlic is grown in the fertile, well-drained soils of the Orangeville Moraine about one hour northwest of Toronto. We use all natural growing techniques. Our fresh Ontario garlic is available to restaurants, retailers, grocers and consumers. Garlic Scapes: Like other spring shoots such such as asparagus or fiddleheads, scapes are only available during a short period during late June/early July. LOVE Garlic Scapes are available during this time period from our booth at the Market on Broadway in Orangeville or from any of our retail partners listed on our web site.
